What’s on the agenda this year?

The idea is that on MedComms day there is no actual plan. All sorts of people working in and around MedComms get involved in many different ways. And do their own thing. We collect a number of contributions here but you’ll find all sort of activity over on Twitter and Linkedin and elsewhere. Look for hashtag #MedComms.

This year though, we already know of some special events happening on MedComms Day as follows:

WEEKLY MEDCOMMS WEBINAR
Ask AMICULUM about life in healthcare communications

Venue: Global
Date: 12.00 BST, 12 June 2019

In this webinar, as part of our celebrations on #MedComms Day 2019, we’ll be joined by representatives from AMICULUM’s Manchester and Bollington offices for an online discussion about life and careers in healthcare communications, featuring members of their editorial, client services and recruitment teams. Have you ever wondered about what the day-to-day of a medical writer is like? Are you interested in learning more about innovative client projects, or international travel opportunities? Let us know! Questions from the audience will be welcomed on the day. We’re also inviting questions in advance from attendees, so please submit a question when registering your interest. It should be of particular interest to anyone who is looking for insights in to MedComms as a career and how to maximise their chances of gaining an entry level job.
