With the MedComms industry expanding at pace and demand for new staff correspondingly high, recruiters talked about how to begin and grow a career in MedComms, as well as the challenges of moving the recruitment process entirely online during the pandemic and the need to maintain a reasonable degree of knowledge of industry developments.
